This is trickier, as XPrinter does not offer native AirPrint drivers. You will need to use a generic ESC/POS driver or third-party software like or Receipt Printer Utility . For native use, install the "XPrinter Mac CUPS driver" from their website.

The partial cutter (guillotine style) is surprisingly robust. It doesn't cut all the way through—it leaves a small tab holding the paper—which prevents the receipt from falling on the floor while also allowing a "tear and hand over" motion. The cutter is rated for 1.5 million cuts.
