When the heat got too intense in the airline industry, Frank changed costumes. In Atlanta, Georgia, he studied for just 11 months to pass the bar exam. He failed the first two times, but he passed the third. He then got a job as an assistant attorney general in the Louisiana State Attorney General’s office—all at age 18.
