Fanuc Keep Relay Parameters ((link)) ◎ [ HOT ]

Depending on your Fanuc control model, there are three primary methods to access Keep Relays.

On older Fanuc 6 and 11 controls (rare today), Keep Relays are presented as bytes. On modern 0i-D and 30i series, they are purely bits. If you see K17 = 3 , that means bits 0 and 1 are 1 . Do not try to enter binary 00000011 as a decimal. fanuc keep relay parameters

Temporarily shielding or bypassing faulty sensors or external alarms to keep the machine running for maintenance purposes. If you see K17 = 3 , that means bits 0 and 1 are 1

Select PMCPRM (PMC Parameters) and then the KeepRL (Keep Relay) soft key.

Find and change the value from 0 to 1 . The machine will likely trigger an alarm; this is normal. Access the Keep Relay Screen : Press the [SYSTEM] hard key.
